Speaker Bio

Kate Abudarham is an Architectural Manager with Kingspan Insulation, where she works closely with the architectural community to support early design decisions and provide technical education on high-performance insulation solutions, including phenolic insulation and vacuum insulation panels. Her work focuses on helping project teams navigate complex enclosure challenges while balancing energy performance, constructability, and code compliance. Prior to joining Kingspan, Kate built her career across a range of building envelope materials, giving her a holistic understanding of enclosure systems and their real-world applications. With much of her professional experience rooted in retrofit and renovation contexts, she brings a practical perspective on improving existing buildings without compromising architectural intent.
